We have just released a new update of QuestBase, which is now at version 1.40.
With this new release we have included a two new features that will save you a lot of time in your workflow. Read on to find out more:
Quick compilation of publication subscriptions
If you have decided to enroll your students in your next questionnaire, quiz or test, from now on you will be able to edit the enrollment parameters in a massive way through the Quick Enrollment button.
The button allows you to modify all at once the fields Activation date, Deactivation date, Password, Maximum number of accesses, Notes.
To test the new feature immediately follow these steps:
- Enroll your students following the instructions in this guide
- Then click on the new Quick Enrollment Compilation button:
- You will see a dialog box like this one below, where you can decide to change all at once the fields Activation date, deactivation date, Password, Maximum number of accesses, Notes:
- By clicking on Confirm, all student accounts will get the value entered in the field where you have selected Set value.
Added information for importing questions from file
We have integrated the information contained in the dialog box dedicated to importing questions from external files. We have also added a template in .xlsx format that you can use to import your questions.
Fix for the resumption of papers by students through the Safe Exam Browser
We have fixed a bug that prevented students from resuming questionnaires started and saved within the Safe Exam Browser.
Fix for html text handling
We fixed a bug that did not allow to correctly display questions and answers containing html tags.
Fix textual search for contacts
We fixed a minor bug that did not allow to correctly search contacts via text search.
Fix for changing password from user profile
We have fixed a bug that prevented you from changing your password to access your account.
