Get more out of QuestBase with advanced statistics.

With the ability to view advanced statistics of all your questionnaires directly within the application, QuestBase allows you to analyze the results of your quizzes, questionnaires and tests even more deeply.

Accessing the advanced statistics is super easy:

  • Click on Questionnaires in the main menu
  • Click on one of your questionnaires
  • And now click the Advanced Statistics button

Once inside the section, you will need to click on the ACTIVATE ADVANCED STATISTICS button and you will see all the advanced statistics currently available appear within a few seconds.

For the questionnaire and its component publications, you will find:

  • no. of responses analyzed
  • for scores and time taken, you will see the minimum and maximum values, and their respective mean, mode and median values
  • graphs depicting the trend of responses over the days and the number of responses per score
 

If set, for each outcome you will find:

  • minimum and maximum scores achieved and the respective mean, mode and median values
 

Finally, for all questions you will be able to consult:

  • in how many responses it appeared, and the corresponding percentage
  • a pie chart summarizing how many times and what percentage of the total the question was answered right/wrong/null/not shown/not scored
  • the minimum and maximum score achieved and the mean, mode and median values

In addition, again for each question you can export the data you find in the platform as a PDF via the PDF button found within each question section.

We leave an example screenshot below, to give you an idea of what you can find inside the platform.

But we recommend you try it for yourself directly from your account, with your own data!

As you will also be able to see from within the app, this feature is in beta, meaning it has almost all the features of the final version.

So consider that since it is not the final version, it may be subject to changes and have stability or performance issues.

We need the beta period to monitor, stabilize and complete the functionality.
