To modify the privacy option of an online publication, previously created, follow these step:
- Click on Assessment, in the main menu, on the top
- Click on the title of the assessment that you want to modify
- Click on the left side menu on Assessment and publications, go down, where you will find the Publication window. Click on the button in the box of the online publication you want to modify
- From the left side menu, click on Publication where you can modify who can run/take the assessment and require a password.
- You can choose between:
– Everyone
– Only enrolled students or groups: in this case, click on the button to add students, who will receive the assessment. Leaf through the folders, in order to select the students. Click on Confirm
Furthermore, you can set a date of activation and one date of deactivation/expiration, for each user. Click the button to add further protection options for the enrollment phase of the assessment
– Only users with access codes: in this case, click on the button to create new access codes
- Click on Save and close
